Our services
Phixel Media provides web design and development, SEO, business advertising and reputation management. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
Quotes & payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Unless agreed otherwise, projects start after a 50% deposit, with the balance due at launch. Monthly services are billed in advance. Late invoices may pause work until settled.
Revisions & client responsibilities
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in its proposal; extra rounds are billed at our standard rate. You agree to provide content, access and feedback promptly — delays on your side may move the timeline.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and templates, and may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results & third-party platforms
We work hard to grow your traffic, rankings and leads, but search engines, ad platforms and review sites are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Ad spend and third-party fees are paid separately.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Phixel Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question.
Cancellation & changes
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to that point, and any non-refundable costs, remain payable. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies.
